Real world solutions to real world challenges. Really.
PCBS offers a three-year graduate level leadership and financial management education program focused on the financial services industry. Set in the scenic Pacific Northwest's University of Washington campus on the shores of Lake Washington, PCBS session attendees will share a rich classroom experience while enjoying the natural beauty and excitement of one of the country’s favorite tourist destinations.
PCBS keeps its entrance standards high to attract the best and brightest, which is just one reason PCBS is considered the Premier National Graduate School of Banking®. PCBS is commited to help get the most out of employee potential, to enhance leadership and management abilities and to complement a bank's own internal training and development efforts. To ensure PCBS remains relevant to our constituents, our governing boards are made up of high-level bankers and leaders who provide input and direction into the PCBS curriculum and overall operation of the school. Their involvement ensures our curriculum is current and fresh and speaks to the cutting issues facing financial services organizations today. Communication networks with alumni, directors and other bankers insure that what we offer is what our constituents want and need. In addition, you will find that only the best, seasoned instructors who consistently receive high marks are teaching at PCBS.
